To keep up with the pace of our world, we often push ourselves to the point of burnout, reserving true self-care for moments of depletion. When we slow down, when we allow ourselves to come undone, we create space to truly experience the world around us — seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting, and smelling with fresh perspective. This shifts our way of being, enabling us to fully show up in life, contribute to the good around us, and feel nourished in the process.
The Undone Series is your compass navigating away from starving, into being, into the heart of presence. Nurture personal growth not through doing, but through being. It’s about creating space for the old to fall away, exposing the freshest parts of you. Because sometimes, the most profound thing you can do is simply be.
In this series of experiential continuing education immersions, you will learn the art of rest, the techniques of restoration. You’ll learn the power of breath + meditation. You’ll learn about the subtle body + the subtle layers of our energy. You’ll learn about the healing properties of sound + the gift of ceremony. You’ll learn how to come undone and simply be.
Whether you are a teacher or a curious practitioner, these educational experiences will enable you to share the gifts of coming undone with your students, the people in your life or simply with yourself. You will learn the history, philosophy, techniques, science, postures, practices, and rituals of six elements of coming Undone: Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation + Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Sound + Ceremony, Reiki.
You will learn the art of rest and tapping into the subtle layers of the body. You will learn to develop a home practice for yourself and for the people you care about in your life. You will deepen your personal practice and your knowledge of these beautiful yogic practices and traditions.
By moving through the full Undone Series will prepare and enable you to teach restorative and yin yoga as well as yoga nidra, to lead meditation + pranayama/breathwork, to offer sound and create ceremony, and to give the gift of reiki healing to your students both in private and public settings. You will receive Yoga Alliance CEUs for all modules except for the Reiki module.
Over the course of six modules, The Undone Series: The Ritual of Being will unfold, one into the other. Whether you join us for one module or all six, you will start to feel yourself uncurl, unfurl, unbind, unwind and come Undone.
The common thread of coming Undone will be woven throughout the series but you can drop into the modules that make sense for you. For teachers, taking all six modules will differentiate you as a Restorative Arts teacher, allowing you to share the gift of rest with your community.
You will receive a discount for each additional module you complete (see pricing).

The ritual of Restorative Yoga is a profound journey into stillness and surrender, where the body is supported with props - bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps- to create an environment of deep, passive opening. Restorative Yoga invites a state of receptivity, allowing the body to soften into each pose with minimal effort.
This Restorative continuing education experience weaves yoga philosophy into every aspect, deepening your understanding of nervous system resilience and the profound effects of stress on the body’s systems. Explore a variety of restorative asanas, including reclining backbends, supine twists, forward folds, and hip openers. Learn the benefits, contraindications, and skillful use of props to support each pose. You will have opportunities to guide others into poses using verbal cues, energetic adjustments, and tactile feedback. Develop the art of sequencing and transitioning between poses, explore the duration of each posture, and understand the subtle power of the space between movements. This module is designed to empower you with the tools to create restorative yoga experiences that support deep rest, healing, and nervous system balance.

The ritual of Yin Yoga is a deeply introspective practice, a delicate balance between stillness and subtle activation, where time becomes the medium for transformation. In this slow, quiet, and meditative practice, each posture is held for several minutes. Yin Yoga asks us to soften into the experience as it is, embracing sensations, thoughts, and emotions without resistance, while gently working beneath the surface to release tension
The Yin Yoga continuing education program explores essential Yin asanas, mastering the art of prop placement, sequencing, transitions, and the duration necessary to achieve deeper release and energetic flow. You will learn to guide others using a combination of verbal, energetic, and tactile cues, fostering a supportive and meditative space. Additionally, you will uncover the mysteries of the energy body to enhance your teaching. Meditative prompts will guide your students in creating spaciousness and awareness between poses, deepening the internal experience. You will learn how to weave themes by integrating both the physical and energetic bodies to lead transformative Yin Yoga classes that nurture the whole being—body, mind, and soul.

Yoga Nidra (or the Yoga of Sleep, but more aptly translated to “To Draw Forth From the Void”) is an ancient, powerful practice of deep relaxation of the body, mind, and spirit. Practitioners are guided into profound and transformational rest, where they can safely and lovingly release physical, mental, and emotional tensions, allowing them to release old patterning and Re-Member their truest selves. A gentle yin practice, this is perhaps one of the most inclusive and accessible forms of Yoga: all you have to do is lie down, and enjoy the ride.
With incredible science confirming the physiological power of Nidra, and old Yogic wisdom to help understand the philosophical and spiritual potential, Yoga Nidra is a nourishing practice for everyone, leaving us feeling whole, embodied, rejuvenated, and inspired.
Join Yoga Nidra Facilitator and International Yoga Teacher Trainer Sam Bianchini for a 20-hour weekend journey into the history, science, philosophy, tools, and teaching methodologies of the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. Leave this experience equipped to create and lead yoga nidra experiences for your students or the people you care about in your life.
