Palo Santo, crystals and other high vibe elements are incorporated into the studio and the classes to ground us, amplify energy and help us connect deeper to ourselves and to one another.
Heated classes a warm 80-85 degrees using Far Infrared heat technology. Far Infrared heat has many health benefits including detoxification, promotion of healthy circulation, boosting of the immune system, reduction of muscle soreness and the list goes on. We’re no doctors, but we think this all sounds really nice.
