T H E S P A C E B E T W E E N is a yoga experience designed to get you out of your head and into your soul. We are breathing new life into a beautiful, ancient practice through movement, music, meditation, breathwork and a refreshing studio experience. Our flows are juicy, our guidance inspiring and our vibes high.
Our mission is for you to leave feeling more alive than when you came in. We meet you in the space between where you are and where you want to be, in a place of self-discovery, on a quest for self-love. We give you the time and space to get out of your head and into your soul.

We feel it’s our duty to give back, to give forward, to help others. That’s why a portion of all regular class proceeds will go to Chicago-area non-profit organizations bringing yoga and mindfulness to people and communities in need. Every class you take helps get someone in need on a mat.
