Unlimited members may place a freeze on their account for a minimum of 2 weeks. One freeze permitted per year. One week advance notice required. Submit requests to hello@thespacebetweenyoga.com. Requests will not be accepted at the reception desk.

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
On the waitlist? This means you've already purchased a class. We hope you get in!
If a spot opens up 12 hours prior to class, you will automatically be added from the waitlist and will receive an email confirmation from us.
If a spot opens up less than 12 hours prior to class, we will do our best to contact you via email, text, or phone and you will not automatically be enrolled. If we don't confirm class attendance with you directly, the class credit will be returned to your account.
WAITLIST
Need to cancel? We’ll miss you, but we understand. Here’s what you need to know:
Please cancel your reservation at least 12 hours prior to the class start time in order to have your class credit returned to your account.
Late cancels (those occurring less than 12 hours before your class start time) will cost you one class credit for single class and package holders (Late Cancel Fees will be waived for Monthly Unlimited and Annual Unlimited members). The card on file will be charged for this fee.
No-shows really bum us out and therefore come with a no-show fee of $15 as well as a loss of a class credit for single class and class package holders. Monthly Unlimited members will be charged a no-show fee of $25. The card on file will be charged for this fee. We promise we’re not trying to be mean, but someone else probably wanted that mat!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Being on time is our thing. In order to avoid disruptions, late arrivals past 7 minutes will not be admitted to class.
