Destination 200hr

The Space

EMBODY

Practice teaching begins on day one. With continuous support, you’ll step into the role of teacher - growing in confidence, authenticity, and presence.

LEARN

Through structured, classroom-style lessons and interactive lectures, you'll gain clear understanding of yoga’s foundations - from philosophy to physicality.

EXPERIENCE

Through movement, breath, and shared ritual, you’ll feel the teachings in your own body and mind. Learning becomes a lived, felt experience.

Being on time is important to us and the program. You are expected to be at each session 10 minutes before the start time in order to set up and so the training can start on time. If you are late more than 3 times, this will result in a deduction of 1 hour from your total contact hours.
